Welcome to 999jil. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the 999jil website, mobile platform, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any activity on 999jil, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999jil Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 999jil (the "Company").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing 999jil and creating an account, you accept these Terms unconditionally and without reservation. These Terms apply regardless of how you access the Platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other approved interface.
999jil reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
Important: These Terms also incorporate by reference the 999jil Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Please read those documents as well.
2. Eligibility
To register and play on 999jil, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 999jil does not accept players under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 999jil complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a prior account that was suspended by 999jil for Terms violations.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities or organisations may not register player accounts.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 999jil or any of its related entities.
999jil reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Deposits made to ineligible accounts may be refunded at the Company's discretion, net of any applicable processing fees.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one active 999jil account at any time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information Required
When registering a 999jil account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999jil login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow others to access your account. 999jil will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 999jil support immediately at support@999jil.net.
3.4 KYC Verification
999jil applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and other documentation as requested. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. Acceptable ID documents include a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth card, Unified Multi-purpose ID (UMID), driver's licence, or PRC licence.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
999jil accepts the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at 999jil is ₱100. 999jil does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider's standard transfer fees may apply depending on the method used.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows:
- GCash and Maya: Processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24/7.
- InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer: Processed within 1 business day.
- Card withdrawals: Processed within 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 999jil account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal is processed, any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Where a player requests a withdrawal before satisfying a bonus wagering requirement, 999jil reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings generated directly from bonus funds) prior to releasing the withdrawal. Players who deposited without activating any bonus are not subject to wagering requirements on their deposit principal.
Note: 999jil does not impose artificial holding periods on withdrawals from players who have satisfied KYC and have no outstanding bonus wagering obligations. If you experience unusual withdrawal delays, please contact support immediately.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 999jil are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time the offer is presented. The specific wagering requirements, expiry periods, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms available at the time of the offer.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New 999jil players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Eligibility criteria, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, and expiry period are stated in the welcome offer terms displayed during or after registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
999jil operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Examples of prohibited bonus abuse include:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
- Hedging bonus bets across multiple outcomes to reduce wagering risk artificially
- Using bots or automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements
- Coordinating with other players to generate low-risk wager volumes
Where bonus abuse is identified, 999jil reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend the relevant account without prior notice.
5.4 Refer a Friend Programme
The 999jil Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn referral commissions when friends they refer register and deposit. Commission rates, qualifying deposit thresholds, and payment schedules are defined in the programme terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral abuse — including referring fictitious persons or creating accounts for others to refer — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Availability
999jil offers multiple game categories including Poker, Virtual Sports, Pusoy, MMA Betting, and others. Game availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice. 999jil reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time.
6.2 Bet Confirmation and Finality
A bet or game wager placed on 999jil is considered final once confirmed by the system and a bet reference number has been issued. Players cannot cancel confirmed bets except where cancellation is explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game or market. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming a wager.
6.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game or bet outcome, 999jil reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts. Where game results can be verified through independent means and the error did not affect the outcome, results may stand at 999jil's discretion. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all 999jil game categories and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, market, and account status. 999jil reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are detected.
6.5 Virtual Sports
Outcomes in 999jil's Virtual Sports games are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Virtual sports events bear no relation to real-world sports events and their outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced. All virtual sports outcomes are independent of each other — past results have no bearing on future outcomes. RNG certification details are available on request.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999jil Platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the Platform
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, Pusoy, or any other multi-player game
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games for profit — any winnings obtained through exploits will be voided and the account suspended
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without 999jil's explicit authorisation
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions or verification requirements
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999jil staff or other players
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to 999jil's systems
999jil employs monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where violations are confirmed, 999jil will take proportionate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by 999jil
999jil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the player's account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) the player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 999jil will hold the balance in escrow and communicate with the player through their registered contact details. If the investigation finds no violation, the balance will be released promptly. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 999jil support. Before closure, any active wagering requirements must be satisfied or associated bonus funds forfeited. Remaining genuine balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days of the closure request being processed.
9. Responsible Gaming
999jil is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the harm that can arise from gambling-related problems. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing over a given period.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
- Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion from the Platform for periods ranging from 7 days to 5 years, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
999jil does not permit self-excluded players to open new accounts or access the Platform during an active exclusion period. Players who attempt to circumvent self-exclusion will have any new accounts closed immediately and any balances held pending review.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 999jil Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, game mechanics, text, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 999jil or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 999jil Platform content without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of 999jil intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
999jil collects, processes, and stores player data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
999jil will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Player data shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies is governed by applicable data protection requirements and is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999jil shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect losses arising from your participation in games or betting activities on the Platform
- Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions beyond the Company's reasonable control
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security
- Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if 999jil has been advised of the possibility of such damages
Nothing in these Terms limits 999jil's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999jil Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
999jil may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 999jil will provide notice through the Platform — either via an on-screen notification at login or via email to your registered address. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the 999jil Platform following any such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
